-Completion of online application form including a students: current and permanent address, place and date of birth, residency information, social security number (optional), optional race/ethnicity or disability information, name, date, and location of all attended educational institutions, all degrees earned or expected, a Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date for application and handling fees, and the names, email addresses, and contact information of three references.
-Three Letters of Recommendation identifying applicant’s leadership, academic standards, and other skills
-GRE/GMAT test scores and dates
-Official transcripts
-TOEFL, IELTS, or MELAB scores and dates for international applicants whose native language is not English
-Financial Information and Certificate of Financial Responsibility for international applicants
– Payment for Application fees
– $50 for Summer term
– $75 for Fall term (first application)
– $ 5 for second application
– $75 for every application thereafter

$509 per credit for students enrolled part time (less than 10 credits)

Non-Resident:
